What happened

The Landlords are ordered to pay the Tenant a total of $182.05 by June 27, 2025. This amount consists of $129.05 for unpaid interest on the last month's rent deposit and $53.00 for the application filing fee. If the amount is not paid by the due date, interest at 5.00% per annum will apply.
