What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 26, 2023. The tenants must pay the landlord $2,838.92 plus $64.13 per day starting June 16, 2023 until they vacate the unit. If the tenants do not pay the full amount by June 26, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
