What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's disruptive behavior, including screaming, yelling profanities, and slamming doors, which substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 26, 2023. The Tenant must move out by that date. If the unit is not vacated by June 26, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,957.72 for use of the unit from February 4 to June 7, 2023, and $15.79 per day from June 8, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee.
