What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to pay utility costs and substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the Landlord or other tenants. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
