What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $1,230 by April 30, 2024 or $1,786 by May 25, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must move out by May 25, 2024 and pay the Landlord $629.84 plus daily compensation of $18.28 from March 29, 2024 until the Tenant moves out.
