The Board found the Tenant breached the previous LTB order by failing to pay June 2024 rent on time, and the Tenant's subsequent non-payment of rent has resulted in arrears of nearly $13,000. Given the Tenant's continued breaches, the Board determined it would not be unfair to maintain the eviction order, but granted a 2-month stay to allow the Tenant to find alternative accommodations.
