What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's behavior, including smashing a window, throwing a door out of the window, and causing flooding in the unit below. The Landlord also claimed compensation for the damages caused by the Tenant.

The ruling
