The tenancy is terminated effective July 3, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $9,055.83, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and new arrears, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay $50.47 per day in compensation starting June 23, 2023 until they vacate the unit.
