The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $2,457.31 by September 30, 2023 or $3,381.40 by October 7, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $1,867.40 and compensation of $30.38 per day starting September 12, 2023 until move-out.
