What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $8,123.08, which includes $7,940.08 for arrears owing up to December 7, 2022, and $186.00 for the application fee. The Tenant shall pay $200.00 per month from January 2023 to April 2026, and $126.08 on or before May 1, 2026. The Tenant shall also pay the full rent on or before the first of each month during this period or until the arrears are paid, whichever is sooner. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, or ask the LTB to reopen the application.
