What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on August 14, 2023 unless the tenants pay $15,582.50 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the tenancy is terminated, the tenants must pay $12,372.70 to the landlord, plus daily compensation of $78.61 from July 21, 2023 until the date they vacate the unit.
