What happened

The ruling

The court quashed the Tenant's appeal of the consent order, finding it had no merit as it raised no question of law. The court lifted the stay on eviction effective January 30, 2018, conditional on the Tenant paying December and January rent by specified dates. The Tenant was ordered to pay $12,576.63 in arrears and costs by January 30, 2018, failing which the Landlord could proceed with eviction.
