The tenant owes the landlord -$24.58 as of the date of the order, plus $46.04 per day for compensation for the tenant's continued occupation starting May 17, 2023. If the tenant does not pay the full amount owing by May 27, 2023, the tenant will start to owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
