What happened

The Landlords initially applied to evict the Tenant for non-payment of rent, resulting in an order on April 3, 2025. The Tenant requested a review of that order on April 16, 2025, claiming a serious error had occurred. The Tenant had also raised issues under section 82 of the RTA during the original hearing.

The ruling

The Tenant's request to review the order issued on April 3, 2025, is denied. The Vice Chair found no serious error in the original proceeding or the order. The original order is confirmed and remains unchanged.
