What happened

The ruling

The Tenant may void the order by paying $24,936 by February 29, 2024 or $25,686 by March 4, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must vacate the unit by March 4, 2024 and pay the Landlord $23,682.60 in rent arrears and application fees.
