What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 9, 2024 due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant must pay $12,786 by February 29, 2024 or $14,586 by March 9, 2024 to void the arrears portion of the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $9,952.63 and $59.18 per day in compensation starting February 15, 2024 until they vacate the unit.
