What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must move out by December 31, 2024 and pay the Landlords $13,373.16 plus daily compensation of $101.92 from November 14, 2024 until they move out.
