What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant has been persistently late in paying the Tenant's rent. The Landlord served a notice of termination to the Tenant on September 22, 2021 with a termination date of November 30, 2021.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before May 5, 2023. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $42.74 per day for the use of the unit starting April 23, 2023 until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit.
