What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,582.14 by September 28, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by September 28, 2024 and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Landlord is not entitled to the costs requested.
