What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on July 31, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $9,544.98 by that date to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit and pay $7,961.42 to the Landlord, plus daily compensation of $28.88 from June 7, 2023 until the move-out date.
