What happened

The Landlord is awarded $6,294.35 for the reasonable costs to repair and replace the damaged property, and $186 for the application filing fee. The Tenant is ordered to pay the total amount of $6,480.35 by December 14, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay by the due date, they will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
