What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 5, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,861.48 in compensation for use of the unit from April 9, 2022 to February 7, 2023, plus $25.78 per day from February 8, 2023 until the move-out date, and $186 for the application filing fee.
