What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Tenants filed a motion to void the order and included evidence of payments made prior to the initial hearing. The Board Initiated Review was granted to hear the matter again.

The ruling

The previous order is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $1,680.11 by July 31, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate by July 31, 2023 and pay $411.27 to the Landlord.
