The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the regular monthly rent on time going forward. If the Tenants fail to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord's application filing fee of $201 by May 10, 2023, after which interest will accrue.
