What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on July 31, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $1,090.72 by June 30, 2023 or $1,955.72 by July 31, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $453.24 to the Landlord and $28.44 per day in compensation starting June 9, 2023.
