What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $5,376.54 by October 31, 2023 or $6,491.63 by November 4, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $3,555.62 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by November 4, 2023.
