The ruling

The motion to set aside Order LTB-L-098612-23 is granted. Order LTB-L-026434-23 is cancelled and replaced with a new order. The tenants shall pay the landlord $6,627.43 in arrears and costs in installments by October 2024. Failure to make payments will result in termination of tenancy and eviction.
