What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord's Child, in good faith, requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant shall terminate by April 30, 2024. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 30, 2024. If the unit is not vacated on or before April 30, 2024, then starting May 1, 2024, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlords $9,369.86, less any rent already paid to the Landlords since April 1, 2023. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlords compensation of $32.88 per day for the use of the unit starting January 11, 2024, until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit.
