What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on September 10, 2023 unless the tenant pays $16,337.94 by August 31, 2023 or $17,331.26 by September 10, 2023 to void the order. If the tenant does not pay, they must move out by September 10, 2023 and pay $15,442.60 plus daily compensation of $32.66 from August 4, 2023 until move-out.
