The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 6, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,134.15 in rent arrears and $24.93 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting April 26, 2023 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 6, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
