The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $5,366.69 on or before August 30, 2024, the tenancy is terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,354.71 and vacate the unit by August 30, 2024. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $48.36 starting July 30, 2024 until the date the Tenant vacates.
