What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord and Tenants reached an agreement to resolve the Landlord's application.
The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $2,000.00 for rent arrears up to March 31, 2023, in four installments by August 1, 2023. The Tenants shall also pay the full monthly rent of $2,000.00 on or before the first of each month from May 2023 until the arrears are paid or until August 2023, whichever is sooner. If the Tenants fail to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
