The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 4, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,316.76, which includes rent arrears up to May 24, 2023, and the cost of filing the previous application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $41.84 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting May 25, 2023, until the Tenant moves out.
