The ruling

If the tenant does not vacate, the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction starting May 14, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $17,355.52 (less any payments made after the application was filed) plus $48.26 per day in compensation starting May 3, 2023 until the tenant vacates.
