What happened

The Landlords initially filed an application to evict the Tenants for personal use. The matter was resolved through a mediated consent order on May 14, 2025, where the parties agreed to terminate the tenancy. Subsequently, on June 3, 2025, the Tenants requested a review of this consent order, arguing they were not able to participate fairly in the proceeding. This review order addresses that request.
