What happened

The Landlords initially filed an application to evict the Tenants for personal use. The matter was resolved through a mediated consent order on May 14, 2025, where the parties agreed to terminate the tenancy. Subsequently, on June 3, 2025, the Tenants requested a review of this consent order, arguing they were not able to participate fairly in the proceeding. This review order addresses that request.

The Tenants' request to review the consent Board order LTB-L-103105-24 is denied. The original order, which confirms the parties' agreement to end the tenancy on August 31, 2025, is confirmed and remains in full effect.
