What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent and substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment of the landlord or another tenant. The parties consented to the order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $3,649.45 by January 31, 2024 or $6,414.90 by February 29, 2024. If the Tenant voids the order, the tenancy continues with the condition that the Tenant ensures the gas is not disconnected for non-payment. If the Tenant fails to comply with the condition, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy.
