What happened

The ruling

If the payment is not made, the Tenant must move out by June 28, 2025, and owes the Landlord $1,626.27 plus a daily compensation of $4.57 starting from June 12, 2025, until vacating the unit. The Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement on or after June 29, 2025.
