What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent and damage to the property. The parties resolved the damage to property issue, and the only remaining issue was whether the Landlord was entitled to reimbursement of the application filing costs.
The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $53.64 in rent arrears, unless they provide a receipt for a hose by September 30, 2023. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the application filing costs. The Tenants shall stay off the agricultural portion of the property and contact the Landlord for any future repairs.
