What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 27, 2023. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $12,955.64, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order, plus daily compensation for the Tenants' continued occupation of the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 27, 2023, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
