What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 19, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $8,181.31, which includes rent arrears up to June 8, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $77.55 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting June 9, 2023 until the Tenants move out.
