What happened

The Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord entered the rental unit illegally, harassed the Tenant, and substantially interfered with her enjoyment of the unit. The Tenant, a senior working two jobs, alleged the Landlord pressured her weekly to declutter boxes and move belongings shortly after moving in.
