The tenancy is terminated effective June 4, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $3,150.98, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and new arrears up to May 24, 2023. The tenant must also pay the landlord $11.76 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting May 25, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
