What happened

The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,535.50 for rent arrears and costs in installments from May 2023 to March 2024. The Tenant shall also pay new rent on time and in full during this period. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the Landlord may apply for termination and eviction.
