The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $1,552 by March 31, 2024 or $2,328 by April 5, 2024, the tenancy is terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $1,235.18 to the Landlord and $25.51 per day in compensation starting March 19, 2024 until they vacate the unit.
