The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,760.58, which includes $3,574.58 for arrears up to April 30, 2023, and $186.00 for the application fee. The payment schedule is: $2,000.00 by April 25, 2023, $700.00 by May 15, 2023, and $1,060.58 by June 6, 2023. The Tenant shall also pay the full rent on or before the 1st of each month from April to June 2023, or until the arrears are paid, whichever is sooner. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, or ask the LTB to reopen the application.
