The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 3, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,669.63 in rent arrears and compensation, less any payments made after the application was filed. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 3, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance starting June 4, 2023.
