What happened

The ruling

The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,109.39, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and the April 2023 rent, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay $66.33 per day in compensation for continued occupancy starting May 16, 2023 until they vacate the unit.
