The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $11,642.20, which includes rent arrears up to May 15, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $50.51 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting May 16, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
