What happened

The Landlord, a corporation, applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant for non-payment of rent. The Tenant was properly served with the notice of hearing but did not attend. The Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement on or after May 21, 2025.
