The Tenant must pay the Landlord $23,760.26, which includes rent arrears up to May 16, 2023, and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $66.18 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting May 17, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
